"Residence Le Primerose" is located in Flic en Flac, on the west coast of the Island, about one hour's drive from the airport. Sheltered from the south-easterly winds and overlooking some stunning mountain range. The 8km long white-sand beach is protected by a coral reef. The lagoon is full of marine life and a delight for snorkeling. There is also a pretty little fishing port. The sunset seen from Flic en Flac (voted one of the best beaches in the world by a renowned travel magazine) is a truly memorable occasion. This calm and safe region offers all amenities including; various shops, a supermarket, assorted restaurants, post office, chemist, pharmacy and easily accessible public transport, all of which are within close proximity to the complex. Residence Le Primrose is within a few minutes walk of the beach and all of the above mentioned amenities.

Climate and Weather

There are no well-defined rainy or wet and dry seasons in Mauritius. The average maximum daytime temperature varies between 22° C in winter and 28° C in summer. Along the coastal areas, temperatures are generally 3 to 5 degrees higher with Flic en Flac and the surrounding western regions warmer and drier.

Facilities Provided

We can arrange to have you picked up from the airport and transferred to your apartment. We also take care in organizing services such as car rental, sight seeing, scuba diving, deep see fishing and other activities such as hiking. We can offer access to one of the most coveted and exclusive tennis courts of 18 hole golf courses on the island (although booking for these two facilities comes at and addition fee).

Comfort

Everything is done to cater for the comfort of our guests. We pride ourselves in keeping our apartments very clean, properly maintained and well equipped.

Security

The apartments are all in a well enclosed area with continually surveyed entrance gates. There are also local residents as occupiers in Residence Le Primrose helping to ensure peace of mind. A member of our staff is continuously on-call between 8.00am to 9.00 pm daily.
